Trajectories and Matrix Management

This program aims to document, analyze and support the implementation of management by care and service trajectories in different contexts (CISSS and CIUSSS) in Quebec, and to evaluate its facilitating factors and obstacles, as well as its effects in terms of integration and performance.

Intervention and local management

This program studies the adaptation of local social and health services to improve access for vulnerable people. One part of this program focuses on access to care and services for refugees and asylum seekers.

Multilevel and intersectoral governance

This program analyzes the processes of intersectoral collaboration at the different levels of governance of initiatives led by networks of partners of which SSS organizations are part.
